1. Peer-to-Peer Video (WebRTC)

All video and audio communications on OmegaWeb are peer-to-peer. This means your video data travels directly from your device to the stranger's device. We do not record, intercept, or store your video/audio streams on our servers.

2. What We Collect

We temporarily collect IP addresses strictly for the purpose of matching you with strangers and enforcing bans against users who violate our guidelines. We do not require accounts, names, or emails to chat.

3. Law Enforcement Cooperation

While we do not store chat contents, we fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies globally. If presented with a valid legal subpoena, we will provide any available IP logs related to criminal investigations.
